Don Hoch made that possible with his carpentry skills and hours of his time. The old dilapidated painted green benches have been replaces with new treated wood ones, that will last for years. The benches are conveniently located through out the golf course. Thanks Don for a job very well done. |
Golf Fees same for 2011
The Augusta Country Club Board of Directors voted at their last meeting to keep membership fees the same for annual membership, monthly Check-Matic memberships, cart rental annual membership and for annual driving range memberships.
Fully paid annual memberships will still receive a 5% discount if paid in full by February 1, 2011. Monthly Check-Matic members do not need to do anything to continue monthly deductions for the 2010 membership year.
Range and warm up facility at the Augusta Country Club
The Augusta Country Club's range and warm up facility is open. It is located on the site of the old driving range just south of the fairway on the number 5 hole. The range sports the latest in artificial turf from which to practice and can be used nearly year round and in nearly all conditions.
Range balls are available in the clubhouse for as little as $3.00 for members for a small bucket. Annual range memberships are also available for $240.00.
Please remember this is a practice facility and only irons can be used. Drivers and fairway woods should not be used. Shag bags are also prohibited. |
